Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be taken when an appointment is booked. The remainder of the payment is due 24 hours prior to the appointment. Payment is via bank transfer. In the case of tongue tie clinic appointments where your baby has not yet been assessed by us, should your baby not require a tongue-tie division you will be partially reimbursed.
Geographical area
We offer home visits for pregnancy consultations or feeding support anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Greater Manchester. We are happy to travel beyond this but charge travel expenses at 50 pence per mile.
